“CNC machine tool calibration” is a colloquial term for a wide range of work: from measuring axis positioning, through assessing geometry, to compensation entries in the CNC control. In practice, clients usually want one thing: to be sure how accurate the machine is and to have it in writing. That is exactly what we deliver — as an independent inspection and accuracy assessment with a technical report. What the scope does not cover — important distinction

  • this is not formal ISO calibration or calibration to a reference standard — we do not issue calibration certificates and do not operate under accreditation,
  • we do not enter compensation entries in the CNC control as part of this service — any CNC error compensation is a separate, agreed action,
  • we do not guarantee results — the report describes the measured condition, it does not promise parameters after repairs,
  • we do not adjust the machine mechanics.

What the client receives — technical report

The report contains machine identification, measurement conditions, results for the qualified scope (with units and reference points), interpretation, and recommendations. Such a document works well in conversations with customers, auditors, and service personnel — it shows the actual condition instead of declarations. Do you issue a calibration certificate?

No. We issue a technical report from an independent inspection and accuracy assessment. We do not operate under accreditation or calibration certificates.

Will calibration improve machine accuracy?

Measurement alone does not improve anything — it documents the condition. Improvement requires service actions or compensation, which are planned based on the results.

How often is it worth assessing accuracy?

It depends on the intensity of use and quality requirements — we agree this individually; the practice is periodic review and measurement after events (collision, repair, relocation).
