We handle inquiries through the machine submission form. It guides you through the technical details we need to assess your case and prepare a proposal.
For questions not related to a specific machine, use the same form and choose “Other” as the purpose of the inquiry.
What to include in your inquiry
- Machine type, manufacturer and model
- Machine location (country and city)
- Your goal — purchase verification, accuracy problem, acceptance after repair or relocation
- Photos of the nameplate, damage or documentation, if available
Languages
We communicate in Polish, English and German. You can choose your preferred contact language in the form.
Where we work
CNC Laser is a mobile service — inspections and measurements take place at the machine’s location, in Poland and across Europe. We do not operate a walk-in office.
