The controller of personal data processed through this website is the company operating the CNC Laser service. The full registration details (company name, registered address, tax identification number and contact email) are provided on request before any contract is concluded and are inserted into this document before launch.

Until the final company details are confirmed by the owner, this privacy policy intentionally does not state a name, address or other identifying data, so that no incorrect information is published.

What data we process

• Contact details you provide in the machine inquiry form (name, company, email, phone, preferred language),
• Technical details of the machine and the purpose of the inquiry,
• Files you attach to the inquiry (photos, documents, videos),
• Technical data required for the security of the service (IP address hash, request metadata),
• Consent records and audit events related to the inquiry.

Purposes and legal bases

We process the data to handle your inquiry, prepare a proposal and communicate about the scope of the service. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before concluding a contract, and — where consent is given separately — marketing communication.

Uploaded files and retention

Attachments are stored outside the public web directory and are accessible only via private, time-limited links. Lead data and attachments are retained according to a retention policy that is configurable in the deployment environment; the default is the minimum period needed to handle the inquiry and fulfil legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics
